Training with RISE Individualized programming, doing supplemental training to our classes, or following a program of your own? We've got a dedicated space for you to train without having to worry about sharing space with class.
When we train hockey teams and clients on this side, there is still plenty of space for you to you to crush a work out. Each side is similar in size to a regular functional fitness box.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, TEAM/GROUP TRAINING, OPEN GYM
Join RISE and access 46+ functional fitness and specialty classes on the East side of the gym, and then work on skills or do supplementary training on the West side.
You don't need to worry about shifting your day around in order to do your squats or olympic weight-lift before class, just come in and there will be space for you to train.
