HOW THE PROGRAM
VIDEO CALL WITH YOUR COACH (FREE)
Meet your dedicated RISE Remote coach and go through a combined goals and movement assessment to enable your coach to place you in the right stream for your needs.
ACQUIRE YOUR EQUIPMENT (OPTIONAL)
To maximize the impact of the RISE Remote program at home, there is some specific equipment that we recommend members have. Pick up the equipment individually or purchase it as a bundle and finance it over the first 3 months of the program.
BEGIN YOUR SPECIFICALLY-TAILORED PROGRAM
Your coach will place you into one or multiple RISE Remote Training streams and set a standard of weight for our at-home workouts based on the movement and goals assessment.
A 5 DAY/WEEK DEDICATED STREAM TO FOCUS ON WHAT YOU NEED MOST
Work with your coach to identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to your fitness goal
Focus on strength, aerobic capacity, or functional gymnastics
Build a strategy to develop these areas from your home
A 7 DAY/WEEK
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS PROGRAM
This is coupled with your 5 day/week focused program
This covers all areas of functional fitness to ensure sustainable progress
